Proven leader and team player. You will be responsible for working with IT teams to drive process adoption. The ability to write administrative and reporting tools in some programming language (Perl or Python preferred).
Exposure to ACE with some financial industry experience is a plus.
In this role, you will be expected to be able to face off directly to business users in the quant, arbitrage and trading areas as well as working with internal IT development and architecture groups. Experience with integrated development environments.
Experience with Visual Basic, Shell, HTML, and SQL Server. Strong experience in mainframe and distributed environments.
The ability to analyze existing processing flows and dependencies to help successfully integrate new products and processes, and management of UNIX-based test and production environments.
In this role, you will be expected to be able to face off directly to business users in the quant, arbitrage and trading areas as well as working with internal IT development and architecture groups. Experience with threads for real-time development, debugging, Visual Studio and some knowledge of sockets programming and low-level networking. Proven ability to multi-task and successfully execute complex application rollouts.
