The s6-networking-2.7.2.0.tar.gz contains following files:

libstls.a.xyzzy
libstls.pc
libstls.so.xyzzy

but they are not part of previous release. As a result, libstls.pc is
not (re)generated with respect to my configuration. The libstls.so.xyzzy
was actually rebuilt. However, I don't know if libstls.a.xyzzy affects
the build somehow, as I don't build the static libs.
