I had the same exact experience; PMR and sad place. I gave up when I wasn’t feeling the love locating the application support files. Glad others say it can be integrated. Now, I would like to hear more on how others worked through this more recently. My friendly TSM admin was just trying to get some reports. He ended up with ServerGraph. Has anyone looked at the views for the TSM DB from TCR? I was able to install app support by pulling it out of the god awful mess that is DE, however I did have issues with display values and some oddness in Cinfo output and tep that I didn't like......so I opened a pmr asking for a normal itm package of this agent but was unable to receive it.
