TepsLogin failing after applying ITM6.2.3FP02

Running Tivoli server components on RHEL 6.3
 Recently upgraded Hub, RTEM and TEP from 6.2.3 FP01 to FP02

After the upgrade , tacmf TepsLogin failing and the error message I am getting is

The java class could not be loaded. java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: (com/ibm/tivoli/itm/login/TepsLogin) bad major version at offset=6

This was working fine before applying FP02

So far I tried with hostname, IP and also upgraded /etc/hosts

No mismatch noticed Installer Lvl and ax
