You will need at least some understanding or access to people that do understand HACMP itself.  
One solution is to identify the HA Processes and Logfiles and monitor those.  You will also need to create some kind of mechanism to highlight the Live servers, so you know where to Monitor the applications and ignore the stand-by nodes or you could use floating agents that will fail-over with the HACMP

1. What exactly do you mean by "monitoring HACMP cluster nodes" ? Status of nodes (online/offline)? Status of resource groups?
2. "Are you configuring in cluster environment" question does not help you at all in monitoring the cluster status itself, it only controls displaying of some data.

Best approach is to monitoring the HACMP status using SNMP queries or command line scripts from custom agent builder agent.

I believe there are some ready-to-use solution on OPAL using Universal Agent.
