No experience with this software, but I know that there are no specific agents available to monitor it. However, the website specifically states that it can generate Tivoli Enterprise Console events. Tivoli Netcool OMNIbus is the replacement for TEC, so you could use the exact same integration capabilities to send events to OMNIbus. I also see that SNMP traps can be sent, so you could use the mttrapd probe of OMNIbus to receive those. Other options are available if you want to monitor files or specific metrics of the software without sending events: - use the new ITM Logfile Agent (also known as the KLO Agent) if the product creates logfiles that can be used for monitoring - create a new agent using the ITM Agent Builder.
