John,

For installing on Linux , pre-req are required and they can be installed using yum install. He should execute this :

sudo yum install ksh compat-libstdc++-33 compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-69.el6.i686

That will take care of ksh and other missing lib

Thanks

That has a very easy answer.

Korn shell is absolutely required. You must install it first before continuing.

I have a user who is try to install the v6.2.2FP1 ITM OS agent on a Linux system. However, he is having an issue install into his device. His device only uses sh (bourne) shell and the install script is written in ksh (korn) shell.

Is there a way around the ksh install requirement?

Thanks._______________________________________________
