When WPA doesn't sends data to warehous for a perticuler server

Folks, Is there a way to get an alert when WPA doesn't sends data to warehous for a perticuler server? we have around more than 500 servers and sometime it has been observed that for few agent there is no data in Warehouse. we come to know only when report is extracted from TCR But by the time it is very late and we loose data for the server. so looking for the way to get alerted when data for few agents data are missing in warehous.
