Hello All, I have a customer that has a requirement to post any situation to the TEP within 20 seconds. Don't laugh.. :) Sometimes, I can get a situation to post sooner than that between 8, 12 or even 16 seconds. And sometimes that same situation can take over 60 seconds to post. Is there a way to make the agent respond quicker by forcing it with a setting or any performance tuning I can do to the other components? I glady appreciate your ideas and responses.
