TBSM 4.2.1 Permission

Hi Team,
In my environment, my TBSM4.2.1 is integrated with Windows AD, and I
realised after the integration I can't add "Administration Group Role" to
the user, but I can give the user any or all the administrator User
roles. However this user who has all the administrative user
roles still not able to acknowledge event in the active events list upon
logging into it owns profile.
Does anyone has any suggestion I want to enable this user to acknowledge
events ( currently he can see all events) and I have given him all the
adminstrative permission.
