Saby,

The ITCAM for Transactions Cognos Model is designed for the 7.2 or later,
so it provides metrics for Response Time (WRT, CRT and RRT), Transaction
tracking and ISM only. If you are running older version of agents
(including HTTP agents), it will not work.

ITCAM Query model provides Percent Available (e.g. AVG_Percent_Available)
metric at Application, Transaction and Sub-transaction levels. Unlike
ITM, these metrics are available for ALL summarization periods such as
hourly, daily, weekly, etc. For example, the Daily Application
Availability (Average) is available at the following path.

*ITCAM for Transactions (Query) > Web Response Time Base
Metrics (Query) > Daily > Application Status Daily > AVG_Percent_Available*
**
The corresponding TDW table for the above attribute is *
WRT_Application_Status_DV*

Obviously, to use this metric, you would have to setup proper aggregation
rules within the product, so they are properly summarized.

Hope this helps,
with warm regards,
Venkat Saranathan
