Frank, Problem has been solved. I upgraded DB2 as well to 9.7 and it removes certain rights from db2admin which I added back in. Also, I dropped the ODBC entry for TEPS to recreate it and changed the TEPS login password. After all of that and a rebuild of the presentation files the TEPS now works properly. Painful but I believe that I could have saved everything had I realized IBM stripped Security abiltiy from the db2admin user and it needed to be granted.
