I was able to email some XML to myself using the send mail action with the on demand report.  Pretty cool I suppose, although it would need to be nicely formatted to be very useful.  

I could see this coming in handy as you can pull full attribute groups via this report at the time of a situation becoming true.  Too bad you can't seem to be able to pull anything other than realtime values by default..:(
