Thanks Julius. Does anyone has experience with Tivoli Total storage Productivity center agent? Is it a good option to monitor storage activities through this agent? I'm just currently working on agent for Storwize V7000 and it's quite simple to gather data from the storage using CIM and ITM Agent Builder. I guess DS8000 also has similar CIM interface you can use.
