Thanks Andrey.
TPC alrady installed in the environemnt by IBM. They says TPC can't provide historical reports. We require availability report for SAN disk arrays to meet SLA reports. For agent builder , how to proceed? Which data source to select? Any pointers.

Saby

Hi Saby,

TPC itself (not an agent) is a monitoring solution for SAN devices. It discover and manage devices configuration and perform availability and performance monitoring.

ITM TPC agent is MOSWOS solution for TPC.

So you have two options: use agentbuilder as it was advices here already or implement TPC which quite difficult and overfeatured for your requirement.

P.S. as far as i know TPC basic (limited functionality edition) is included in DS8k box. It should be preinstalled on DS8k HMC.

Hope it helps.
