Hi Saby,

In general it is not true that TPC does not support historical reporting.
It have its own reporting feature (at least in v4.x) without ITM infra.
It is possible that you have TPC basic which have limitation in performance
monitoring (I believe that it is able to perform availability monitoring
and reporting).

Anwering your question it is most important point here what do you
mean in "availability
of SAN disk arrays"?
According my experience it is useless to monitor SAN disk server
availability. Most important thing here a disk datapath count and its
statuses.
If you monitor datapath statuses you will know that your fabric, disk
server and are ok.

For example in case of  IBM high end storage you could use SDD datapath
query command inside in Agent Builder script data provider.
