Re: Configuring H_TEMS LDAP

PKCS12, which is the newer form of PFX, but they are the same format.  So
if your exported key ends with *.pxf, then just use ikeyman to import the
*.pfx cert and then export it to the updated *.p12 format.  Then you can
slurp it into your keystore (must create it using the "CMS" type) via
ikeyman using the PKCS12 typing.
