The inquisitive cat in the post is named Koko - who ended his 13 year term 
on earth a couple days ago.

This is less experimental - and can be used practically. However, it is 
still not wired up to provide situation events or TEPS reports.

I had a much more complicated scheme - ITM Agent Survey - in a technote. 
This is *much* easier to install and use gives results much quicker. Agent 
survey detects a log of useful things... like whether the right situations 
are running, But it needs some real work to set up.  In actual use, we 
were able to get results in a couple hours - including fixing up the 
analysis program.
