The MDV Parity technote has been updated including the recent ITM 6.3 level. ITM Version 6 MDV APAR Parity http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21358804 The table makes clear that ITM 6.3 GA has APAR parity with ITM 623 FP2 [less two APAR fixes].
