Cheers Julius.. we are on 6.2.3 no fixpack so that would explain it. While I'm on a roll has anyone ever had an issue with agents renaming themselves to the service name rather than the server name? Last time we rolled out a custom agent a good percentage of them deployed the custom agent under the service name which also had the effect of renaming the OS agent. Cue lots of editing local files.. I read somewhere (on here I think) that it took the name of the first entry in /etc/hosts that was bound to a local ip, which would explain it. Any way of stopping it doing that? Neither editing hosts nor the ITM environment files is great for us. Subject: Re: [TME10] ITM 6.2.3 Agent Builder errpt Hi Matt, first, always use the latest agent builder. latest version is currently 6.3. Agents are forward and backward compatible with ITM infrastructure, so you don't have to use the version matching your infrastructure level. The "Advanced" button is located at the attribute group information. I think this feature was added in the Agent Builder 6.2.3 FP1, so in 6.2.3 GA you obviously can't see the button.
