Re: TCR 3.x.x - Registry Service ssh localhost failing

My guess is, that your ssh daemon does not listen on loopback interface
(localhost typically resolves to IP address assigned to loopback interface).

Check the ssh daemon config file Port and ListenAddress directives.
Also check or turn off firewall (iptables) and turn off selinux.
