Jun:  By default no agents other than a couple of the ITCAM agents collect
any historical data.  You have to use the historical configuration GUI to
create and start collections for the UX and PX agents.  You can specify
collection intervals of 1, 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes, 12 hours and 24 hours.
