Jun: It's just part of the base platform media. If you download the
eAssembly (CRLF2ML) or any of the platform-specific base platform component
packages (CIGL[23456]EN) then it'll be an option as part of the base
install. Make sure to note that it doesn't work in an FTO ENV..
