Hi, Running Remedy gateway on NC/Omnibus and the alerts reach Remedy Server which generates Ticket and populates Location field with Ticket # However recently Noticing message: G_REMEDY :Debug: ARS Writer: FEEDBACK COMMAND: [set self notify false; update alerts.status set Location = 'Insert Failure' where ServerName = 'NCOMS' and ServerSerial = 2308910; set self notify true;] in G_REMEDY_ARW_WRITE.log Remedy Server after generating Remedy Ticket, it used to populate Location field with Ticket #. This message is seen only for alerts coming from Remote agent.
