I also have a last ditch method  - when nothing else works - of removing 
stuck agents. I get a copy of QA1CNODL.DB, extract the user MSL data into 
INSERT SQLs, reset QA1CNODL and QA1DNSAV to empty tables, restart the 
TEMS/TEPS, blast in the SQLs, recycle the TEMS/TEPS. 

If FTO configuration is present, there is another step needed - resetting 
the QA1CCKPT .

Not for the faint of heart!! But it works quite reliably. I have to use it 
about once a year. 98% the standard method [TEP remove Offline Entry form 
Managed System Status - or tacmd cleanms function.]

    We seem to have some corrupt agents connected that I cannot remove, 
for some reason the names begin with a hash :/ Any nice little utilities 
out there for removing them?
