Gunnar,

The "-D" switch really specifies the properties for the JVM meaning they
are Key/value pairs separated by equal (=) sign.  I am not sure what you
are trying to do by adding "-D<jar>".  Are you trying to add your .jar file
to classpath?

Also, there are multiple copies of server.xml files and ensure that you're
changing the correct one.
