[TME10} itmcmd config Command Hangs on TEPS

Just putting out a flyer to see if anyone has any thoughts, We upgraded our ITM environment to 6.2.3 FP03. Everything worked fine except for install on TEPS which hung. Can get TEPS up and running and most things seem to work fine. However, itmcmd config command also hangs. Has anyone else experienced this? We also aren't generating logs that start with a 5 in the timestamp. Anyone seen that? Working a PMR with IBM, but thought someone might have seen something similar.
