A long time ago  [ITM 6.22 if I remember] the tacmd was split into a 
separate component  UE, The main reason was to cut 50-60megs off the size 
of all the OS Agent packages. So UI has itmcmd and UE has tacmd.

Never seen that one before sorry. 

Does anyone know...Does the IU component support itmcmd as well as tacmd? 
Did IU get updated?

We upgraded our ITM environment to 6.2.3 FP03.  Everything worked fine 
except for install on TEPS which hung.  Can get TEPS up and running and 
most things seem to work fine.  However, itmcmd config command also hangs. 
 Has anyone else experienced this?
 
We also aren?t generating logs that start with a 5 in the timestamp. 
Anyone seen that?
 
Working a PMR with IBM, but thought someone might have seen something 
similar.
