I know that an out of the box MSL/Object Group won't get created unless
there's at least one existing agent of the type which matches the group's
affinity.  For example, if you don't have any UNIX OS Agents installed in
your ENV then I *think* you won't see the *UNIX_SYSTEM MSL created yet.
Not 100% on this, more like 85% from memory.  Basically then, just
wondering whether you really have any RZ agents connected in.  To be
absolutely sure what ITM thinks, ye old "tacmd listsystems -t rz" is your
friend.
