Ex: If you are using ITM 632, then the tool file is ITM_V6.3.0.2_TOOLS_MP_EN.tar Once you un -tar it, you will find ESync3000Linux.bin. We have installed ITM 6.2.3 with FP1 and TBSM 6.1 with FP1 and after installing all products we dont locate the file at the installer or the installed folders. Thans a lot and really appreciate your help.
