**ANNOUNCE** HylaFAX-4.2.0 second release candidate (rc2)

Folks,

Thanks to everyone who took the time to torture-test hylafax-4.2.0rc1 and
report their results and/or problems via the hylafax-devel mailing list or
the bug tracking database!

It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of HylaFAX's hardcore developers,
occasional contributors and full-time cheerleaders alike, to announce the
second release candidate of HylaFAX-4.2.0. If no significant problems are
discovered in this release candidate, it will become the official 4.2.0
release within a relatively short timeframe. Please, if you can spare a
moment, help us test this to make sure HylaFAX-4.2's first release is a
solid one!

Changes since 4.2.0rc1:

* restrict faxq to prepare only single-strip TIFF data (29 Jun 2004)
* only use normal and fine resolutions when not using XVRes (28 Jun 2004)
* limit fax retrains to allowed moments (28 Jun 2004)
