[Bug 917] Hfaxd binds on ipv6 only

Actually, on FreeBSD, it does ;-)  I've tested it...

I've got a vew IPv6 "polish" patches I've been working on now that I have
access to FreeBSD too with real IPv6 connectivity, but I'm away from my office
for a few days...  I'll polish them up and apply them when I get back.
