Migration to GIT

Thank you all to your (public and private) comments.

We have migrated the revision control repository to GIT. The  
developers page on the HylaFAX website  
(http://www.hylafax.org/content/Developers) will be updated soon with  
the git information. Commit messages will come from the new revision  
control system from now on.
