I've checked on the crustiest compilers I can find (SCO and old SunCC and old GCC), and they all have va_copy. From what I've found, MSVC++ is the only complier/header set that *doesn't* include va_copy, and that's not one we have to worry about.... I've also seen reports that the old __va_copy(dst,src) might be defined on some platforms instead of va_copy(dst,src), but again haven't been able to find evidence of that in my attempts at finding crusty compilers.. If someone has a compiler that doesn't have it, I'm certainly willing to adjust configure/port.h to handle that, but I haven't been able to find a system needing that yet, so don't know what would be needed on that platform. a. -- Aidan Van Dyk [email protected] Senior Software Developer +1 215 825-8700 x8103 iFAX Solutions, Inc. http://www.ifax.com/
