Thanks for your help and reply

The document image which we have received is half or we can say cropped, which
indicates it is incomplete, additionally it happens this at that client place
occasionally

I will sure go ahead with update of HylaFAX and I am continuously observing for
any occurrence of same kind of issue again

I will update that one but on the other hand rather then update is there
anything have to take care as if you have received same kind of issue in past
like pages are cropped or half, then the resolution to that issue would be the
thing which I would have to look for (Just guess)
