Well, This delay is mostly my fault, but 6.0.4-rc2 is out, and I don't
see any changes needed before 6.0.4...

That said, knowing the debian "stable" philosophy, and the "HylaFAX"
branch philosophy, basically, debian freezing at 6.0.4 will mean that
HylaFAX 6.0.5 will be equivalent to debian 6.0.4-5 ;-(

If we put a patch in to the back branches, then I'm pretty sure it's a
bug fix that's warranted in Debian stable too...

With the exception of the IPv6 stuff, which took a bit of time and
fudging to make more comfortable fot other systems with broken defaults
(and yes Debian is throughly IPv6 ready, and has sane defaults), we
don't "change" things in the released branches unless it's a bug that's
going to cause issues...

I currently count 17 crash-related bug fixes in 4.4 since 4.4.4 (which is
currently in debian/lenny) and then a hand full of bad-data type fixes,
and barely a couple would could be deemed "irrelevant" for debian/lenny
(included in "irrelevant" are fixes to configure allowing 4.4.5 to build
on debian/testing).

So, I have to admit, I don't envy your task of trying to satisfy the
Debian policies... But if you need any specific help on things, please
let me know, I'll definitely do what I can to make you're life easier..
