[Bug 924] error compiling with gcc 4.5

It seems next ubuntu will ship whith a gcc version that raise this problem even
with gcc 4.4 (package version 4.4.4-13ubuntu2). Please have a look at:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hylafax/+bug/580568

Please note that debian gcc 4.4 (package version 4.4.4-13) does not show the
problem, so it is probably an Ubuntu related one.
