Summary: DAD and CID do not match the CallID in rare instances.
Product: HylaFAX
Version: 4.4.4
Platform: HP
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: faxcover
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
In some rare cases, somewhere along the lines of 0.09% of the time, we have an
issue where the incoming CallID is out of sync with the DAD and CID. It would
appear that the CallID, is being taken from a previous fax that is still being
processed. This wouldn't be much more than an annoyance except for the fact
the CallID is passed to faxrcvd resulting in misdirected faxes.
Here is a recent example:
Sep 13 12:21:12.04: [ 3777]: SESSION BEGIN 000072492 18012646400
Sep 13 12:21:12.04: [ 3777]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.4.4
Sep 13 12:21:12.04: [ 3777]: CallID: "1452" "08019304010"

Sep 13 12:21:12.04: [ 3777]: --> [4:RING]
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: --> [5:+FCON]
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION DEVICE '/dev/ttyds03'
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: STATE CHANGE: ANSWERING -> RECEIVING
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: RECV FAX: begin
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: --> [26:+FTSI: 4192381205]
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: REMOTE TSI "4192381205"
Sep 13 12:21:25.39: [ 3777]: --> [22:+FDCS: 1,C,0,2,0,2,0,0]
Out of roughly 9000 faxes we've recieved in the last 15 days we have 9 examples
of this behaviour.
