Hi all,
I do have a lot of communications blocked with this error. All these logs share
the same pattern, like this:

browsing hylafax-users archive, I found this comment from Lee Howard

This kind of interaction (DCN in response to PPS-EOP) tends to mean that 
the receiver is actually rejecting the image data even though the data 
was not corrupt in communication.  This kind of interaction is an 
indication that the receiver believes that the T.4 or T.6 image data 
being sent is invalid.

I'd recommend trying with HylaFAX+ 5.5.0 
(http://hylafax.sourceforge.net) since I think there are some relevant 
fixes there.
