Still problem with Hylafax on Asterisk and iaxmodem. Drive me very crazy

please help me. May be no one is able to suggest me something? I installed asterisk with freepbx and hylafax with iaxmodem (virtual). problem is that when I receive fax sometimes (very often indeed), no fax answers the call (it rings without answer). faxGetty deamon is up and running I believe (I checked with ps and grep). Sometimes the fax arrives incomplete. Please help me or at least suggest me where to address in a proper way. Thank you to all of you very much.
