Partial page print

Good day all

Second question of the week.  We recently noticed that our device (with a Davicom modem running hylafax+ 5.5.6) sometimes only print partial pages to a Brother 2840 fax machine (have not confirmed if this happens to other fax machines as well).  Please find attached the log files of two instances, one (nopp) where it printed a tiff without issues and the cxx6 where it printed the same tiff with pages 5-8 only half of the page, with pages 1-4 and 9 - 10 without issues.

It is a bit inconsistent in the sense that it does not always print 5-8 partial, sometimes only 9-10, so no pattern there yet.  Am I missing something in the log file that would indicate a partial print?  I've tried various combinations of ECM 256 and 64 with MR and MMR encoding without any luck.  I also have the audio recording of the coms between the Davicom modem and the fax.  Does anyone know of or have an application that can decode audio files to fax image?
