Re: hylafax+ fedora server 23 textfmt: No font metric information found for "Courier-Bold"

Upcoming in HylaFAX+ 5.5.7 is this change:

You can add the code to your existing faxsetup script, or you can simply 
download the new faxsetup script and replace yours.  Then, re-run faxsetup.

I suspect that this will resolve the problem (caused by changes in 
recent Ghostscript releases).
