Many people do not appreciate the default dithering that Ghostscript does on color images when producing faxable TIFF images. If you're using HylaFAX+ then you can put: DITHERING=libtiff-fs ... or... DITHERING=gs-stocht into /var/spool/hylafax/etc/FaxModify, and you'll get a prettier result. Thanks, Lee.
