install Hylafax on RedHat EL 7.2

Hello,

I searched for Hylafax and Hylafax+ binaries for RedHat 7 but I could not
find any.
Then I tried installing from sources.
Unfortunately I get error messages when I run ./configure.
The error is : "Missing TIFF library"
I got that error when I tried to install Hylafax-6.0.6.
Then I tried installing Hylafax+ 5.5.8 and the error message was the same.

I checked if I have any libtiff package installed:
#rpm -qa libtiff
and I see that the following package is installed:
#libtiff-4.0.3-14.el7.x86_64


Why Hylafax cannot find the libtiff library?
Can Hylafax (Hylafax+) be installed on RedHat 7.2 ?
