Hylafax / Avantfax outgoing fax poor quality

Hi all,

I am using hylafax v 6.0.5 with avant fax 3.3.3, and we are experiencing 
poor quality on out going faxes.  The receiver clients complaint about 
received faxes with missing text, compress text or fuzzy text.  There is 
not problem with incoming faxes.

We are using 2 external Serial Port US Robotics v.56 fax modem, one for 
incoming and one for outgoing.

Any advices that we can enhance the out going fax quality.
