And that should be your clue that your config file is wrong.  "15" is 
not permitted.  "F" should be used, instead.  Thus, you should be using:

Class2UseHex: yes

That said, you should probably be basing your config file off of 
config/lucent-mt-20, anyway, rather than building it from scratch, that 
is, if you want to use Class 2.0.

No.  That suggestion was made so that the +FAP command wasn't used at 
all.  You should follow config/lucent-mt-20 or use Class 1.0.
