Faxes partially received or cut

Hello,
Recently i have been trying to figure out why an user keeps receiving faxes
with cut pages or sent separately.
I tried to send to/from different users/fax servers but same result on that
particular fax number.
Even sending the fax between 2 users on the same fax server i get this
issue.
Do you know any tips or fixes to this kind of issue?

On xferlog i get some times these errors:
Failed to properly detect high-speed data carrier. {E112}
Unspecified Receive Phase C
