Brother fax receives only half the page, seems related to JPEG/JBIG

Hello Hylafax usergroup!

I'm having a problem I can't quite grasp.
We set up a new Hylafax server at a customer and multiple recipients 
report that the fax arrives but only the first half of the page comes 
out. The other half is blank.

The job looks like this:

When I send the same fax to our own Hylafax server, the fax arrives 
completely.
Here I notice the difference in the Flags:
HighRes, MR_compr, MMR_compr

So far I have tried to disable JPEG and JBIG in 
/etc/hylafax/config.faxCAPI but to no success. The JPEG and JBIG flags 
still appear when sending.
Class1ColorJPEGSupport: no
Class1JBIGSupport: no
Class1GreyJPEGSupport: no
Class2JPEGSupport: no

Debian 8 Jessie
hylafax-server 3:6.0.6-6
capi4hylafax 1:01.03.00.99.svn.300-20
AVM Fritz!Card ISDN card
Receiver example: Brother 8360P

Does anybody have a clue what to do?
Or how to disable JPEG/JBIG support completely?
