Hi Everyone,

I have been running two hylafax servers over the last eight years. On
average each of my servers sends 1400 faxes per day. My servers are
running the following:

OS: Centos 5.11
Hylafax: hylafax-server-6.0.4-1rhel5

Our software application ftps the faxes to the hylafax server in pdf format
which then gets converted to tiff and sent out via hylafax.

I have been having an issue with one of our receiving clients. When they
receive a fax that is half a page the fax prints out zoomed in and it
prints landscape even though the printer prints it in portrait on the page.

I have disabled page chop, changed the pdf2fax file to ensure that
fittowidth is enabled instead of fixed width which I had previously. I
changed the faxing protocol and speed to no avail. I have changed the
default page sizes. I tried Na-letter and A4.

When comparing other faxes going out I noticed that most of my receiving
stations only support A4 however this station supports A3. I believe that
this is happening on all remote stations that support A4 and A3.

Does anyone have any Ideas what could be causing this? Thanks for the
input!

Andrew
