David,

Let me bump this thread again as it has happened again (with php56_5.6.40
built this evening just to make sure). The error is the same:

bin/notify.php doneq/q116 done 0:02:30 1

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: MDB2_Driver_mysql::raiseError(). in
/usr/share/php56/pear/MDB2.php on line 1936

The strace is largely the same:

recvfrom(3, "AddressBookFAX\16AddressBookFAX\5fa"..., 97, MSG_DONTWAIT, NULL,
NULL) = 97
poll([{fd=3, events=POLLIN|POLLERR|POLLHUP}], 1, 1471228928) = 1 ([{fd=3,
revents=POLLIN}])
recvfrom(3, "kFAX\7printer\7printer\f!\0,\1\0\0\375\0\0\0\0"..., 97,

recvfrom(3, "ncorrect integer value: '' for c"..., 97, MSG_DONTWAIT, NULL,
NULL) = 85
write(2, "PHP Fatal error: Call to undefi"..., 126PHP Fatal error: Call to

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: MDB2_Driver_mysql::raiseError(). in

The error seems the same as well,

UPDATE AddressBookFAX SET a"..._\0\0\1\377V\5#22007Incorrect integer value: ''
for c"

The full doneq/q116 (with my xxxx and 'me' to protect the e-mail and
destination) is:

I don't know if the 'c' that doesn't have the current integer value is one of:

coverpages:0
company:

client:host.3111skyline.com
commid:000000285

Or if it is something else completely. This doesn't happen all the time, but
it has now happened twice, both when sending to government faxes -- if that
makes any difference. So this isn't a huge issue, but it is a strange one.
Food for thought.
